Description
This workshop is designed for participants to:
- Learn new insights on how increased financial stability contributes to student success, program completion, employability, and well-paying jobs.
- Hear from college peers about efforts to build student finanical well-being and get practical ideas for improving student success from a system-wide financial wellness capability initiative designed by the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.
- Discover current and upcoming resources to support financial wellness efforts on campus.
- Collaborate with their college teams to take back to campus a "call to action" to implement a financial wellness program.

Workshop Schedule/Registration/Cost
All workshops will take place from 9:00am - 5:00pm. Registration will open at 8:00am. Registration is required through Eventbrite. There is a $75.00 per person registration fee for attending. Registration includes morning beverages and lunch. Participants are responsible for travel and any parking costs.
Who Should Attend?
Colleges are encouraged to send teams of representatives from financial aid, counseling, other student services, and faculty; suggested team members include Directors of Financial Aid, Deans/Counselors, and Student Services Vice Presidents and Program Leads. Anyone on campus who has contact with students will benefit from this event.
